The family of Virginia Giuffre, who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sexually abusing her as a teenager, made a pointed statement on Wednesday evening following recent comments from President Donald Trump. Trump said in his comments that Epstein had "stolen" Giuffre from work at Mar-a-Lago, Trump's private club in Florida. In response to reporters on Air Force One, Trump affirmed that Giuffre was working as a spa attendant for Mar-a-Lago when she was recruited by Epstein. According to her, Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's longtime associate, approached her at the club and brought her into Epstein's orbit by promising her a job as a masseuse.
